Well, its my 364th day on “The Island”, and for those who have never read my blog, or even know who I am, it means I have spent 364 days living outside my native Ontario, on Montreal Island Quebec. That’s right 1 day short of a year. On January 2nd, 2012, I left my brothers apartment in Cornwall Ontario and made the huge leap to move myself to a whole new city and province. UPS Airline Gripe responses

Working for the UPS Store definitely has some major ups when it comes to funny stuff. Each week we get a Weekend update from the higher-ups and this week I could not stop laughing. Read the excerpt below:

UPS Airline

Remember, it takes a college degree to fly a plane, but only a
high school diploma to fix one; a reassurance for those of us
who fly routinely in our jobs.

After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a ‘gripe
sheet,’ which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft.
The mechanics correct the problems; document their repairs on
the form, and then pilots review the gripe sheets before the
next flight.
