Well its rare that I make more than one post in a day, but today I just feel like posting my unique finds on the net. While browsing Hi Consumption I came across what I would consider one hell of a dream boat. I have always been fascinated with Super Yachts, I don’t know what it is about them, maybe their huge size, luxurious rooms, amazing design, but what ever it is they have always captivated me, and this one is no different.
The Adastra is the creation John Shuttleworth, a Sussex-based boat designer. Now after looking at his other designs, I have to say he has out done himself this time. Compared to his other boats, not only in size, but design, the Adastra is the cream de la cream.
According to Mr. Shuttleworth’s site the Adastra has travelled about 4000 nautical miles (which also happens to be its approximate refuelling time) and has seen swells of about 12 feet high, and handles amazingly. Now if only I could afford one…
