Super Yacht Adastra – Awesomeness!

Well its rare that I make more than one post in a day, but today I just feel like posting my unique finds on the net. While browsing Hi Consumption I came across what I would consider one hell of a dream boat. I have always been fascinated with Super Yachts, I don’t know what it is about them, maybe their huge size, luxurious rooms, amazing design, but what ever it is they have always captivated me, and this one is no different.

Hows your reaction time?

Hopefully its good if you wanna get Lumigrid’s LED Bicycle projector. I came across this over at one of the sites I frequent called Hi Consumption.

Now at first glance, it looks like it’s a really cool idea, for those who bike slowly… The principle it that it projects a grid on the ground showing you the terrain that’s coming up, which reminds me of almost every golf computer game I have played, when you get to the green and it shows you the slopping grid. Now obviously meant for night rides (where you cannot really see what the ground looks like in front of you) the idea is great, however not everyone reaction time is.…

Never a dull moment in Montreal

Well, I have been here almost a year and a half, and its never a dull moment. About half an hour ago this hit the news:

Boil water advisory for Montreal expanded to most of city

MONTREAL – City of Montreal has extended the scope of the precautionary boil notice issued earlier Wednesday morning.

It now includes the entire area south of the Metropolitain Boulevard, from LaSalle to Pointe-aux-Trembles. It also includes the northern district of Anjou and the city of Charlemagne, as well as Mont-Royal, Hampstead, Westmount, Cote St. Luc and Montreal East.

According to the city, the boil water advisory is a preventive measure after a problem at the Atwater filtration plant.
